Use the form below to withdraw from a purchase or cancel a workshop booking. Your request is recorded as soon as you send it and you will receive confirmation by email. Where a refund is due, it is issued within fourteen days at the latest, to the payment method used for the original order.

You can also write to us directly at hello@eco-rose.com, or by post to 5 rue Saint-Louis, 34000 Montpellier, France. No particular wording is required — your intention simply needs to be clear.

Digital guides: fourteen days to change your mind

You have fourteen days from your purchase to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The refund is full and is issued within fourteen days at the latest.

If you would like to tell us what did not meet your expectations, we will read it carefully — but it is entirely optional and has no bearing on your refund.

Workshops: cancellation terms

The law excludes the right of withdrawal for leisure services supplied on a specific date. Our own terms apply instead:

  • more than 3 days before the workshop: refund of 50% of the price paid;
  • less than 3 days before the workshop: no refund.

Transferring your place

You may transfer your place to someone else, at no charge, by sending us their name and contact details at least 48 hours before the workshop. This is often the best solution when something comes up at short notice.

This applies to workshops for individuals. Work carried out for schools is governed by its own agreement.

If we cancel

If we cancel or postpone a workshop, you choose freely between transferring your booking to a later date and a full refund, issued within fourteen days.

What happens next

You receive an acknowledgement by email as soon as your request is recorded. Refunds are processed within fourteen days at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
