Cookie Policy
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file placed on your device — computer, tablet or phone — when you visit a website. It allows the site to work properly, remember your choices, or measure how it is used.
Some cookies are essential to the running of the site and are set without your agreement. All others may only be set once you have given consent.
Our approach
eco rose has chosen to set no audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies.
Traffic statistics are drawn from our hosting provider’s server logs. They are aggregated, do not identify individuals, and require no cookie to be placed on your device.
This is why no consent banner is shown to you: there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Cookies used on eco-rose.com
Only cookies strictly necessary to the running of the site are used. These do not require consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress session | Maintaining your browsing session | Session |
| Order form | Keeping entered information between steps | Session |
| Security | Preventing automated form submissions | Session |
Third-party services
Payment takes place on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Any cookies set at that point are placed by Stripe, on its own domain, and fall under its privacy policy.
Booking for certain workshops takes place on a page hosted by Calendly, on the same principle.
In both cases you temporarily leave eco-rose.com and those providers’ practices apply.
Managing cookies through your browser
You can configure your browser to refuse some or all cookies. The procedure varies by browser: see its help section, usually under Settings, Privacy or Options.
Refusing strictly necessary cookies may prevent the order and booking forms from working.
More information
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. For more on cookies and your rights, see the French data protection authority’s site: www.cnil.fr.
