But, these are not all included in official data<\/p><h3>\ud83d\udc49 Solution?<\/h3><p>There\u2019s lots of scope to cut methane emissions \u2013 it\u2019s relatively cost effective to reduce\ud83d\ude05<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc4fBig shift towards more plant-based &amp; local foods for everyone<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc4fChanges in livestock feed<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc4fManure management \u2013 covering, composting or collecting it for biogas<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc4fMethane detection &amp; mapping via satellites \u2013 to measure emission from fossil fuels<br \/>&#8211; Continued improvement in detection \u2013 higher resolution, bigger area coverage, higher detection sensitivity<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc4fAction through the Global Methane Pledge (launched at COP26)<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc4fBetter &amp; more transparent data \u2013 for a complete methane picture<\/p><p>\ud83d\ude4cEveryone is talking about it because, reducing methane emissions now will have a positive effect quickly.
